INKA LLACTA®
The second
part of the first archeosite Project in Cuzco, Peru.
1. What does it mean – Archeosite?
This project
is the mixture of the scientific investigation and reconstruction of
everyday life of the epoch marked by miscellaneous remarkable
distinctive features. Are the any other such projects in the world?
Yes, there is Guedelon® in France, the project that runs
for 10 years now. And there are museum and interactive elements in
Belgium, in Ramioul.
2. What does Inka llacta® refer to?
Inka llacta® or the city of Incas refers to the epoch of Inkanato or the apogee of the Inca Empire, i.e. XV and XVI centuries. These were the times of ruling of Pachacutec, Amaru y Tupac Yupanqui.
3. What are the goals of the projects Inka Llacta® and Inkanato®?
To realize the project of sufficient development in the rural part of the Andes with the cultural bases..
4. What are the ways to provide the sufficient development?
A/ To hire the local residents from the surrounding villages for the needed works (construction, plantations, services).
B/ To create the area that attracts centralized attention on different levels – the locas and as well the international attention to the zone of the cultural heritage.
C/ To create and to advance the educational centre for the scientific visits, for the cultural and touristics visits, which generates services connected to the local business. To develop and to increase the interest to the archeological sites and museums by the use of the original things, the copieas of which could be found at the archeological "Inka Llacta®".
D/ To demonstrate to the local rural residents everything that is needed in order to increase the interest and to rise the possibility to create the, display and sell the crafts and the art objects, products and services.
5. What has been done so far?
The Llacta or Kancha of Inca aristocracy – the constructions and the imitation of the ancient inhabitants with their everyday life and characteristic events.
We have based our work at the studies of the scientists, dedicated themselves to the topic. The base of our project was also the archeological sites, museums and their exhibits, the work of restoration specialists, archeologists, museum specialists, agronomists and many others. It was also used as a platform of the investigation of the ancient techniques, cults, art, crafts, textiles, natural dyes, ceramics and so on. Various products, meant to be sold at shops, miscellaneous cultural elements, performances and other cultural issues, connected to the archeological theme.

The first hectare: the area called “modern and receiving Novoinka®”
or Kolke llacta, marked as Urin saya (Lower Part) where
you may find:
The administration:
the exposition start, the ticket office, parking,
the hall with the exposition, the workshops, restaurant, living rooms,
laboratory, recreational area and the conference hall.
Ø The
second hectare: the area called “the architecture and the constructions
of the Inka” or Choque llacta, marked as Hanan Saya (upper
part) where you can find:
The constructional works of the experimental archeology, and such
constructions as: Huasis or Sura sura, Kallanka,
Colcas, Chulpas, Ushnu, the small plazas,
gardens, workshops, pottery ovens, looms.
Ø The third hectare: the area called “the agriculture of the Inkas” or Sumaq Chacra or Inti Tikatika, where you find:
The
plantations with the local plants, which are very typical for the
Incas, such as corn or mais (sarasara), Quinua, Kiwicha, Tarwvi,
potatoes, olluco, yacon, aguaymanto, the trees and bushes such as
capuli, sauco, chachacomo, queuña.

We have bought two hectares
We have constructed multifunctional hall for the working or eating.
We have erected the house of the unburned brick, which consists of nine rooms – 8 usual rooms and one Royal.
We have investigated the epoch of Incas, obtained the basic library and got the original objects and made its copies.
The various participants of our project:
The travel agency Aventura Latino Americana® - the agency that includes the visit to Inka llacta® into its schemes and brings its clients and its experience in tourist management into the project.
The archeological restaurant Inkanato® brings in its unique collection of various replicas of Inca epoch objects, the original of which were found at the archeological sites in Cuzco and are represented in the museums; as well the restaurant brings in its knowledge of cuisine and culinary, the knowledge of the local food and products, based at Novoinka® cuisine, created in this restaurant. Everything is done with the assistance and support of chiefs Elena Gamarra and Mario Campos.
The museums Larco Herrera® from Lima and The Museum of Pre-Columbian Art® in Cuzco, the bring in their experience in public relationships and share this experience with us, they kindly provide us access to the exhibits in order to crate replicas and provide us with the information on the creation of the various archeological objects, such as books, CD, DVD, etc.
The actor, the author, the composer and the interpreter - Nivardo Carrillo brings in his talent, his imagination, experience in the production of the art projects for the site, at the site and together with the site.
The Group Inkanato Yachaynin® consists of various people, who specialize in agronomy, such as the engineer-agronomist Ladislao Palomino, the director of the Confederación Belga de la Construcción Jean-Christophe, Vanderhaegen, the informatics engineer Fernando Acosta.

7. Who is doing that?
The creator of this concept in Peru is Belgian Guy Vanackeren©, businessman, who enjoys investigating Permian history, archeology, the nature, the cuisine the crafts and arts. Everything was done with the use of special infrastructure and the original tools.
